XIX Commonwealth Games Delhi 2010
The track and field events of athletics competition at the 2010 Commonwealth Games were being held at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium between 6 and 12 October. The marathon contests for men and women were held on a street course running through the city on October 14.
61 nations entered 845 athletes into the tournament to contest 46 athletics events. 3 men’s and 3 women’s disability athletics events (para-sport) were also contested alongside the open competition.
