Yesterday, Google released Happy Holidays 2016 Google doodle celebrating the tradition of caroling. Today, on Christmas Eve, Google spreads more cheer with yet another doodle on ‘Tis The Season, where we see the Google letters making hearts, stars, smiley faces and hand-prints behind fogged up windows. Like yesterday’s Google Doodles, the animated images are designed by Gerben Steenks and come in two versions.

December 23 is considered the first day of the Christmas and New Year holiday season. ‘Tis the season is a line from the popular 1862 Christmas carol Deck the Halls, and is also an album of Christmas songs by Olivia Newton-John and Vince Gill.

Living in British India, he pioneered the investigation of radio and microwave optics, made very significant contributions to plant science, and laid the foundations of experimental science in the Indian subcontinent.
