PayPal – Funds Withdrawal Options
When you want to withdraw funds from your PayPal account, you have two options, you can request for either an electronic withdrawal (withdraw funds to your bank account) or cheque withdrawal. Electronic withdrawal service was discontinued from July 29, 2010 onwards. But the good news is that India users can do electronic withdrawals from July 30, 2010 as they did before.
The world’s number one online payment service, PayPal have announced the following on their official blog on July 30, 2010.

They will also refund the cheque withdrawal fee:
“To thank you for your loyalty, we will still provide the US$5 processing fee refund for any cheque withdrawals made from July 29 until further notice.”
