WordPress Version 3.2 Gershwin has been released! Version 3.2 is fifteenth major release of WordPress and comes just four months after 3.1. WordPress have dedicated this release to noted composer and pianist George Gershwin.
WordPress 3.1.4 is now available and is a maintenance and security update for all previous WordPress versions. All WordPress users are strongly encouraged to update. WordPress 3.2 Release Candidate 3 is also now available.
The first release candidate (RC1) for WordPress 3.2 is now available for you to do testing on a test site. So if you haven’t tested WordPress 3.2 yet, now is the time! But you are recommended to avoid using it on a normal live site.
WordPress 3.1.3 is available now and is a security update for all previous versions. The WordPress 3.2 Beta 2 has also been released for you to do testing on the beta version on a test site. But you are recommended to avoid using it on a normal live site.
The WordPress 3.2 Beta 1 has been released for you to do testing on the beta version on a test site. This second beta release is more stable than the alpha releases, but you are recommended to avoid using it on a normal live site.
WordPress 3.1.2 has been released with security upgrades. This release addresses a vulnerability that allowed Contributor-level users to improperly publish posts. This release also fixes a few bugs that missed the boat for version 3.1.1.
WordPress 3.1.1 has been released with maintenance and security upgrades. There were nearly 30 fixes that went into the Maintenance and Security release, which included some performance improvements, fixes for taxonomy and PATHINFO (/index.php/) permalinks, and more. The release comes six weeks after 3.1 was first released.
On February 23, 2011, WordPress Version 3.1 Reinhardt, named in honor of the jazz guitarist Django Reinhardt, was released to the public. All together, this release fixes more than 820 issues.
