Christmas is a worldwide sacred religious and cultural celebration commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ, observed most commonly on December 25. Christians believe that Jesus is the son of God, the Messiah sent from Heaven to save the world. Christmas Day, a public holiday in many countries including India, and forms an integral part of the holiday season. GoldenTwine Informatics wishes those who celebrate, Christians all over the world and especially in India, a Merry Christmas.
This year’s Happy Holidays Google doodle is made up of lit up six symbols related to Christmas like snowflake, Santa Claus, Christmas bell, snowman, candle and a gift box on a dark background, symbolizing the dark chilly winter night sky. The Google logo appears as a faint outline behind the holiday icons.
In keeping with festive season, twitter trend of Christmas Eve, and promoting my friends on twitter in a novel way, I decided to publish on Christmas Eve profiles of 23 Twitter Santa’s on my blog. It’s a fun project on the one hand, and promoting my friends in whatever best way I could on the other.
