WordPress 3.3 was released on December 12, 2011, and just four days after it has been downloaded over 1 million times, surpassing the record previously held by WordPress 3.2. That shows that users are now upgrading to new version earlier than before. Those who may not have upgraded to WordPress 3.3 yet, its time to upgrade.
