Colors
Background is off black. Different boxes would be shades of black. There shouldn't be too many colors. I suggest blue for headers, off white for text, lime and gold for links, and shades of gray for borders and footer. Brick red to emphasize important info like Phone on header or side bar.
Note: More studies needed for header fonts and colors. There will be text effects for headers and sub-headers.
