Advertising - Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions at any time. By publishing your Advertisements on GoldenTwine Internet Advertising Network and using the services provided you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

In order to proceed, you must agree with the following Terms and Conditions:

General

.jpg or .gif format - max 10k / animation with unlimited looping accepted.
Advertising information, graphics and payment is required 3 days prior to insertion.
Ad costs are shown in US $ (USD) for Global or Indian Ads on Global Pages, and in Rupees (INR) for Indian ads on Indian Pages.
Ad costs are effective January 1, 2006 and may change at any time. (Inquire for current prices).
Advertising Purchases CAN'T BE REFUNDED.
Standard 15% agency discount honoured.
No pop-ups, pop-ins, pop-out, pop-under, pop-over, pop-whatever permitted.
The GoldenTwine Internet Advertising Network was built for the purpose of advertising. We will not tolerate the use of inappropriate advertising thru any of the available means of advertising we offer. There will be absolutely NO ADVERTISING of porn, adult or violent content, intentional scams, flaming, inappropriate, illegal, pirated software (wares sites), hate-based, discriminatory, racist, political sites or any text or material that might reasonably cause offence. This list is by no means complete. We reserve the right to add to or delete from this list at anytime.
GoldenTwine.com reserves the right to refuse any advertisement for any reason.
You understand and agree that these Terms and Conditions may be added to / updated in the future, and as soon as they are published on this website you agree to abide by the new Terms of use.

Privacy Policy
When you submit your ad, we ask for your contact information like name, a password and your email address.
We automatically receive and record information on the server logs from your browser, including your IP address and the page you request. We use this information to fulfil your request, improve our service, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal purposes.
We do not rent, sell, or share your data or any information about you with other people or companies.

Limitation of liability Although the GoldenTwine Informatics Management will attempt to keep all objectionable ads off GoldenTwine Internet Advertising Network, the Company makes NO guarantee that all ads found within the network will be in compliance with the above stated guidelines. The advertiser agrees to not hold the Company liable for special, incidental, consequential, indirect or other similar damages that may occur as the result of any such inappropriate content of any ad or link or website being promoted in the network.
