When I used the tool to check my Twitter user name, I am told that the majority of my followers are legitimate. I was also given a list of my suspicious or inactive followers. There was only one fake follower in my list.

You can then use the tool to block the suspicious and inactive followers individually or block them all to clean up your account.

But the tool has limitations especially when it deals with a large number of followers. The results are based on a random sample of only 100 followers. If you have a larger following, you may use the tool up to ten times a day. So if you have huge number of followers, run your Twitter handle through the app regularly.
