I wanted to make a personalized scrapbook banner to represent my brand for my newly created Google+ business page.

There are many photo cropping tools available online that allow you to make a Google+ profile picture and banner using only one image without Photoshop or any other image editing program.

One such tool that allows you to create your profile picture and scrapbook banner together from one image is:

But if you want to create on your own, you may use Slice Tool of Photoshop to slice a single image 625 x 125 pixels into five scrapbook banner optimized equal parts. Please, remember Google+ scrapbook images are of size 125 x 125 pixels.
