The internet giant Google’s eighteenth birthday is being celebrated with an animated colourful doodle on home page on September 27, 2016. The doodle shows Google’s “G” with a cute tiny pink birthday hat blowing up a long party balloon to spell out the rest of company’s name, before being carried off into the sky. In the backdrop are two bunches of bright balloons. Each bunch has three balloons representing the six letters G O O G L E.

Google’s sweet sixteenth birthday is being celebrated with an animated doodle on September 27, 2014. The interesting fact is that despite September 27 not being the date of the company’s incorporation, the first time Google created a doodle to celebrate its 4th birthday was on September 27, 2002. Since 2006, Google is celebrating its birthday on September 27 with a doodle every year.
